A LONG-established Hereford estate agent has rebranded with a return to its core business.

At the heart of Hereford, Character & Country Property Specialists have been serving clients across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Powys, Monmouthshire and South Shropshire.

With, as a team, over 90 years of experience in the property market, they have expertise in selling land and building plots, idyllic country cottages filled with beams and wonderful views, small holdings, farms and equestrian property as well as apartments with plenty of character.

Alison Fuller, the principal agent and brains behind the rebrand of the agency has been looking after clients for more than 30 years.

After visiting the Herefordshire countryside on a school trip as a child at just 11 years old, Ms Fuller developed a love for the area that has stayed with her ever since and led to her working at the core of the community, dealing with a wide range of property.

Having worked alongside Matthew Addison MRICS under a corporate brand, they have now rebranded in the hope that this will better reflect the type of individual and character properties in which they specialise. A return to the core business was what the team felt was needed for this business so devoted to the local rural area and its clients.

To mark the long-awaited renewal of the brand, Character & Country hosted a launch party and unveiling at their offices on July 18 which gathered friends, clients and business colleagues for drinks, celebrations and  financial advice from Lime Company, who was answering questions about all things mortgages.

They were joined by Councillor Kevin Tillet, the Mayor of Hereford, along with his consort, making it a memorable evening to set the business going after all its significant efforts throughout the previous busy weeks.

The team is grateful for all the support they have received to get to the point where they are able to build an agency that is dedicated to their team’s central passion for Herefordshire’s country properties.

The Character & Country offices, with their new look, can be found at 5 Bridge Street, Hereford, near to the Cathedral, continuing their work connecting clients to the beloved Herefordshire countryside.
