A LANDMARK listed Herefordshire building is up for sale.
The "substantial" grade II listed building in the heart of Leominster is on the market with agents Chancellors with a guide price of £220,000.
The four-storey property, which stands in Leominster's Broad Street and dates back to the 18th century, will be familiar to most visitors to Leominster.
The characterful red brick building was once a house but has been used as an antiques shop for many years, and continues to be used as such to this day.

It is just the property that is for sale, with the agents said it comes complete with a long-term tenant in situ.
Inside, the property offers four floors and a cellar, all of which are occupied by the antiques business, while there are also several outbuildings, one of which is separated into three rooms.
The sale includes a private rear garden, the agents said.
