A STUNNING parcel of woodland is up for sale in Herefordshire.
The land is on the market with agents Sunderlands and is just outside of Whitbourne, a few miles outside of Bromyard.
The agents said the land has "good road frontage" onto Bottom Lane but that there is no vehicle access to the site at present, and consent would be needed to create access.

It extends to 3.5 acres and is covered in centuries-old woodland, which the agents said have allowed it "to acquire the characteristic plants associated with ancient woodlands".
The woodland includes "impressive" mature oak and ash trees, while bluebells, ramsons, dog's mercury, violets, and broad-leaved helleborine all grow there, Sunderlands said.
There is also a large amount of dead, fallen timber offering habitats for fungi and insects.
The woodland is being sold by informal tender. All tenders must be completed on the agent's informal tender document and should include a statement of intent for the proposed use of the land, and must be received by Sunderlands in Hereford by noon on September 5.
