A PAEDOPHILE who admitted having thousands of pornographic images of children and images of “extreme animal sex” will be sentenced.
Peter Davies, 43, of Ocle Pychard, will be sentenced on September 4 at Worcester Crown Court after admitting a total of five offences at Hereford Magistrates’ Court on August 7, including three counts of making indecent photographs of children.
This included 1,676 category C images, 1,444 category B images and 2,898 category A images, which are the most severe.

He was also in possession of a prohibited image of a child and extreme pornographic images portraying acts of intercourse and oral sex with a live animal.
The court heard how Davies’ offending, which took place in Kington over 12 months between 2021 and 2022, was uncovered by West Mercia Police.
The probation service has been ordered to complete a pre-sentence report ahead of his next hearing, and the defendant must report to Hereford police station while he is on unconditional bail.
