The flash flooding incident saw rainwater getting into houses, with firefighters called out to pump water out of the properties.
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "A Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew from Leominster was called at 4.03pm on September 2 to flooding of internal electrics at four properties in Castlefields, Leominster. Rainwater was entering properties and a main pump was used to pump water from the properties onto the highway. Electrics were isolated. The incident was marked as pending closure at 5.27pm."
Prior to the flash flooding, the Met Office had warned that in the wake of the storms, there was a chance that homes and businesses could be flooded quickly, with damage to some buildings from floodwater.
