A CAR has been seized and its driver reported for offences after they were caught out in a Herefordshire town.
The police action came after locals reported a vehicle being driven without insurance, while the driver was behind the wheel without a license in Herefordshire.
Ledbury police constable Jack Davies said the vehicle was seen and seized by police on September 10, with the driver reported for driving license offences.

PC Davies said officers wanted to say a "big thank you" to the members of the public who had reported the Volkswagen and its driver.
"We encourage members of the public to report vehicles without tax, MOT and insurance and encourage that you report those who are driving without a license," said PC Davies.
"Any intelligence reports can be reported to ledbury.snt@westmercia.police.uk."
If the offence is taking place at the time of the report, contact police on 101 or 999.
