A STUNNING pub with rooms in a Herefordshire beauty spot has been put up for sale.
The pub, set in Herefordshire's Wye Valley, is on the market with agents Sidney Phillips for £795,000.
The agents said the Hostelrie at Goodrich, near Ross-on-Wye, offers a traditional locals' lounge bar, with capacity for around 50, alongside a restaurant with capacity for 50 more.
It also boasts eight en-suite letting rooms for guests to stay in and comes complete with a separate, detached two-bedroom house.
Outside there are "excellent" gardens and parking, the agents said.
Sidney Phillips said the pub currently has a net turnover of £365,000 per annum with scope.
The eye-catching Tudor Gothic style pub, which dates back to the 18th century, promises a "traditional yet contemporary" pub experience to visitors.

It boasts an AA rosette-accredited restaurant, while its rooms, most of which are dog-friendly, have been awarded four gold stars.
With a focus on modern European, Argentinian, and Israeli cuisines, the Hostelrie's kitchen serves up a menu based around fresh, seasonal and local ingredients, which change on a regular basis.
It promises a range of beers and ales from local suppliers, while the wine list is "peppered with the weird and wonderful", according to the business' website.
The business currently holds a five-star food hygiene rating, with inspectors on their most recent visit in January 2022 rating it as 'very good' overall.
