A house music legend is descending on Hereford tomorrow, to officially open a exciting new bar.
Angie Brown, a 90's house music star will be joining the expectant guests at Thirst Trap in Union Street tomorrow (September 13) to open the quirky new space.
Angie Brown is a British singer and songwriter, who has been a co-artist on the hit 90's single "I'm Gonna Get You" by Bizarre Inc and has performed on a number of recordings with the famed group.
The star has also featured in the bridge and the chorus of the hit 1996 song "Return of the Mack" by Mark Morrison.
Thirst Trap have said that the singer will be cutting the ribbon at 6pm, as well as performing and meeting and greeting guests at the new bar.
Opening in the former Barbar premises, Thirst Trap is run by Ed Payne and his husband Stuart, and is promising to bring a vibrant nightlife scene to the Hereford street.
The couple decided to take over the former premises when the previous occupants shut up shop, adding that Barbars had left "such a legacy behind".
