A MAN has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and perverting the course of justice after a fatal Herefordshire crash.
The charges come two years after a 59-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash on the A417 between Burley Gate and Bullocks Bridge on September 23, 2022.
