A snooker legend will be coming to a Hereford pub next month.
Jimmy White, a professional snooker player who has won four seniors world titles, will be coming to the Victory pub in Hereford on October 17 for a special appearance.
White will be descending on the St Owens Street pub to play pool against lucky ticket holders, and will be doing a question and answer session for some of his biggest fans.
The event will begin at 6pm, and will include signed memorabilia being raffled off for charity.
However, fans of the player need to be quick, as he is said to be only playing with around 30 ticketholders. Tickets for the exciting event are currently on sale for just over £27.
White has been previously nicknamed "The Whirlwind" because of his attacking style of play, White has had a long and successful career, establishing himself as a strong professional player in 1981. Some of his accolades include being the 2009 Six-red World champion, a record four-time World Seniors Champion, 2019 Seniors 6-Red World Champion and 1984 World Doubles champion.
