A prominent Herefordshire village pub is up for sale.
The Bateman Arms in Shobdon is looking for new owners, with a price tag of £495,000.
Estate agents Christie and Co described the property as a popular village pub, which includes a restaurant and rooms occupying a roadside position.
The agents described the sale as an "ideal freehold opportunity for either an experienced operator or someone wishing to expand their portfolio".
The generously sized property is said to offer multiple customer areas, with a traditional bar and public bar both served via a central bar area. The pub also boasts a generous outdoor beer garden.

The pub comes complete with a commercial kitchen, storage areas, basement cellar and customer toilets.
Owner's or manager's accommodation can be found upstairs in the pub. It includes three ensuite bedrooms, a kitchen diner, a lounge, and a further bedroom, which is split over two floors.
Six ensuite letting rooms are also included in the sale. These are located in separate buildings to the rear of the site. The agents have said this addition helps to aid "the turnover potential of this significant site".
This pub was previously put up for sale in the summer of 2021, and remained closed until May 2023, when it welcomed locals back into the heart of the village.
