TWO aisles remain closed off after rain poured through the roof of a Herefordshire supermarket.
A storm which hit late on Friday afternoon (September 20) brought flooding chaos to Ross-on-Wye. The Morrisons supermarket was forced to close after rain caused two ceiling panels to "cave in".
The scene was dramatic through the evening and afternoon, with alarms sounding and staff members guarding the door and an entrance to the car park.

The shop reopened later on the weekend, but two of its aisles are closed for repairs to the roof.
This means that customers cannot access the part of the shop that sells greeting cards, bedding, glassware, stationery, electrical goods, kitchen accessories, toys and magazines. There are also seasonal Halloween decorations and costumes in the closed aisle.
A sign has been put up reading: "Please bear with us. We're sorry for any disruption whilst we complete essential repairs."
The gaps in the roof have been covered with material which is taped to the ceiling.
There are also two buckets collecting water dripping from leaks, one in the fruit and vegetable aisle and one next to the soft drinks. Caution signs have been placed next to the buckets.
