HOUSE hunters on a tight budget could be in luck in Herefordshire, with a two-bed home in one market town up for sale for less than £60,000.
The two-bed flat, in Bromyard's Rowberry Street, is on the market with agents Springbok Properties (leasehold) for an almost unbelievable asking price.
The vendors are looking for offers over £55,000 for the characterful flat, a £25,000 reduction from the £75,000 they were looking for earlier this year.
The agents said the flat, which boasts a wealth of character features including exposed beams and fireplaces, would make an "ideal project", with a full renovation required.

It offers an entrance hallway, a "spacious" lounge, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and three-piece bathroom downstairs, while the second bedroom is on the first floor.
Outside is a raised terraced area with an external oil storage tank.
Springbok properties said the home is an "excellent find", recommending that buyers looking for a renovation project "look no further".
The property is being sold leasehold, with a 125-year lease from December 17, 2015.
A combined ground rent and service charge of £300 is due every six months, the agents said.
Set right in the centre of the town, the flat is close to all Bromyard's amenities, including a variety of shops and restaurants.
