A VIRAL 'king of desserts' and ice cream did not have a licence to trade in one Herefordshire town, it has been revealed.

'Mr Tee King of Desserts', who has previously gone viral on TikTok for his tempting creations, visited Leominster on Tuesday evening (September 24), to sell desserts ranging from warm cookie doughs to Belgian waffles.

But Herefordshire Council has now confirmed that the viral star did not have a street trading licence to trade in the Factory Shop car park in the market town.

The business was previously reported to have traded in Worcester without a licence.

Herefordshire Council defines street trading as the selling of goods in lay-bys, in streets in Hereford city, in the market town centres and rural areas, or on some privately owned external land to which the public has access without payment.
