Hereford's Strictly star has returned to the glamorous stage once again, delivering an impressive performance with his pro-dancer partner.
The comedian appeared on the glitzy stage tonight along with Dianne Buswell, dancing the Fox Trot to Be Young, Be Foolish, Be Happy by the Tams.
The pair pulled off an astounding performance, once again receiving a standing ovation from the crowds and some of the judges, watching in awe of the comedian.
The judges were quick to have their word on the performance. Motsi Mabuse said the pair made it "look so easy" and complimented the controlled and smooth technique, before giving him a few pointers on how to improve next time.
Judge Shirley Ballas said Dianne's teaching "was off the scale", and complimented Chris's footwork, saying he was an example to all of the celebrities.
Anton Du Beke was pleased with the pair's performance, adding to the roster of judges complimenting the pair's footwork.
Craig Revel-Horwood on the other hand was slightly more critical of the duo's performance, criticising the comedian's finger placement, and lack of smiling.
However, the judge did compliment the pair's musicality and said he loved the spirit of the dance.
The duo racked up an impressive 29 points from the judges, which included two scores of eight from Shirley and Anton.
The comedian recently revealed in a recent video diary entry on Dianne's Instagram account, that he was "very emotional" and was "so overwhelmed with relief and emotion" at the end of last week's performance.
Having previously told host Claudia Winkleman last Saturday that he did not think he was allowed to say how his nerves were pre-watershed and that he had his waterproof underwear on, McCausland put on an incredible performance, receiving a standing ovation.

The 47-year-old comedian, originally from Liverpool, lost his eyesight in his early 20s as a result of retinitis pigmentosa, a hereditary condition. This diagnosis prompted a career change from his previous job in web development to become a comedian.
McCausland studied at the Royal National College for the Blind in the mid 90s, and even returned in 2022 to mark its 105th anniversary with a show at the Courtyard in Hereford.
He is known to television audiences for his role as Rudi in the CBeebies show Me Too, and regularly appears at comedy venues around the UK, including the Comedy Store.
