Ye Old Steppes, based in the High Street in Pembridge is up for sale for £400,000 with it expected to go to auction with estate agents Knight Frank on October 24, unless sold prior.

The grade II listed property was previously put on the market earlier this year, with a heftier price tag of £650,000.
