IT'S the biggest night of the year for the health and social care sector in Herefordshire.
Some amazing unsung heroes and admired organisations will be honoured at a glittering ceremony at Hereford Racecourse this evening hosted by broadcaster Brody Swain.
It will be an occasion to remember for our winners, who will receive awards for their dedication and expertise.
But every one of our finalists will also be warmly applauded for the vital contribution they make to our own wellbeing and that of our loved ones.
There are 12 award categories:

- The Palliative or End of Life Award sponsored by Services for Independent Living
- The Care Hero Award sponsored by the University of Worcester
- The Care Home Worker Award sponsored by Herefordshire Headway
