A TEENAGE drug-driver was caught behind the wheel in Herefordshire when she was over 15 times the cocaine limit.
Natasha Young, 18, of Richards Street, Cardiff, had 156 micrograms (mg) of cocaine and 800 mg of benzoylecgonine, a metabolite of cocaine, in her blood when police stopped her on the A49 in Harewood End.
The driving limits for cocaine and benzoylecgonine are 10 mg and 50 mg respectively.
She was driving a red Ford Ka on the A49 in Harewood End on May 1 when she was caught, said prosecutor Camila Toscano.

Magistrates disqualified Young from driving for 12 months and fined her £300. She also has to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £120.
