September 3: Hindlip HQ. Met JohnCampion, Police & Crime Commissioner, before a cup of tea with His Honour Judge James Burbidge at Worcester Crown Court.
September 4: Meeting with Jocelyn Anderson at the Women’s Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre
September 5: Visit to Longlartin Prison
September 6: Meeting with Superintendent Helen Wain for catch up on Hereford policing, and attended the King’s Award ceremony of S&A Holdings (think strawberries!)
September 7: Out on the streets until 3.30am with Vennture and Street Pastors
September 9: Rural Media meeting with Nic Millington, then speaking at Hereford City Rotary Club
September 10: Meeting with Richard Jamesof Intensive Engagement regarding their work in Leominster
September 11: Presented five HS awards to Simon and his great volunteers at The Hub, Peterchurch
September 12: Met with Ben Lea at Close House, then the Worcestershire High Sheriff’s drinks party at Hartlebury Castle
September 13: Hereford College of Art graduation ceremony, Hereford Cathedral
September 15: Battle of Britain service and parade, St Peter’s Church
September 17: A great visit to HoughtonProject, Bodenham, then Leominster Town Council meeting with mayors
September 18: High Sheriffs ‘in nomination’ event at Eastnor Castle
September 21: Gloucester Prison, Dowlais Male Voice Choir and Lydbrook Brass Band concert
September 22: Hereford Cathedral service for new clergy installations
September 23: Fascinating visit to our waste management plants in Worcestershire
September 25: Meeting to discuss the spread of more ‘Crimestoppers’ signage for the public to see, then finance meeting with Community Foundation
September 26: Meeting with Vennture to discuss possible new initiative
September 27: A fantastic end to the month at Longlands Care Farm
