A DRINK-DRIVER caught on a Hereford road while over the limit has been banned from the roads for more than three years.
Mariusz Wyzkiewicz pleaded guilty to one count of driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster last month.
The court heard from prosecutor Mr Syeed that the 42-year-old was caught out in Hereford’s Yazor Road after getting behind the wheel of a VW Touran while over the drink-driving limit on July 19.
An evidential breath test revealed he had 52 micrograms (mg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 mg.

He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85.
He had been represented in court by defence solicitor Gary Harper.
