POLICE have arrested and charged a woman after an incident in a car park in Hereford.
Natalya Drobienko was arrested in the Home Bargains car park in Holmer Road at around 4.30pm yesterday (October 17). Police were called due to concerns for her welfare.
The 38-year-old of Churchill Avenue, Leominster, was later charged with failing to provide a breath specimen for driving.
She has been released on bail to appear in court next month.

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Police were called to Home Bargains on Holmer Road in Hereford at around 4.30pm yesterday for concerns for the welfare of a woman in the car park.
"Natalya Drobienko, aged 38 of Churchill Avenue, Leominster was arrested at the scene and later charged with failing to provide a breath specimen for driving.
"She has been released on bail to appear at Hereford Magistrates Court on November 13."
