A HOMELESS man has been disqualified from driving for three years after refusing a police breath test.
Zachary Stocker-Hollis, 29, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis as the driver of a vehicle.
He failed to provide a specimen of breath when he was required to do so on June 14, according to prosecutor Shane Maddocks.

Mold Magistrates’ Court heard he was suspected of having driven a vehicle and was required to provide a specimen by means of a device of a type approved by the Secretary of State in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence.
The court heard Stocker-Hollis was homeless but based in Leominster. He was represented in court on September 27 by defence solicitor Stephen Edwards.
Stocker-Hollis was disqualified from driving for three years and handed a 12-month community order with a requirement for 80 hours of unpaid work.
