AN 'INVESTMENT opportunity' is up for sale in a busy Hereford city centre street.
The freehold building in Hereford's Union Street is on the market with agents Sunderlands with a guide price of £700,000.
The agents said the building is home to a restaurant on the ground floor, which is unaffected by the sale of the building, and six flats above over two floors, with a gross income of around £64,000.

The agents said the restaurant was fully renovated in 2021 by the present occupier and boasts an open restaurant and bar area, a food prep area, and external storage. The ground floor lease runs for a period of 10 years, Sunderlands said.
All of the upstairs flats, four of which are studios and two of which have two bedrooms, are occupied, five on periodic agreements and one on an assured shorthold tenancy.
The agents said all property included in the sale is currently actively managed by Sunderlands.
