Represented in court by defence solicitor Marilena Divitantonio of GC Law, Jenkins was let off with a conditional discharge of 12 months.
This means that he will not be sentenced for the offence unless he were to re-offend within the next 12 months. If that were the case, he would be sentenced for this offence as well as any new offence.
Jenkins, of Three Crosses Road, Ross-on-Wye, was told to pay prosecution costs of £200 as well as a victim surcharge of £26.
