A HEREFORD man has been found guilty of harassment after denying a charge.
Joshua Newbury, 32, appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster after entering a not guilty plea to one count of breaching a criminal behaviour order.
He was accused of behaving in such a way as to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
He had been banned from doing this to any person in any place to which the public have access on payment or otherwise in an order imposed by Worcester magistrates in April 2022.

He was said to have breached the order on January 27.
Despite denying the charge, Newbury was found guilty by magistrates and remanded on unconditional bail ahead of his sentencing on November 25.
Newbury, of Venns Close, did not attend the hearing earlier this month and was convicted by magistrates in his absence, with proof given by Mr Gazge of the Crown Prosecution Service for the West Midlands.
