A TEENAGER has been slapped with fines from magistrates for being drunk and disorderly in Hereford on two occasions.
Magistrates heard how Grace Bonelle, 19, was drunk and disorderly in Gaol Street on August 10, then again on August 24.

Bonelle entered guilty pleas to two counts of being drunk and disorderly in a public place, and her guilty plea was taken into account by magistrates when they imposed a sentence. She represented herself in court, without a defence solicitor present at the hearing, according to court documents.
On October 9, magistrates fined Bonelle £75 for each of the offences. She was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85.
Being drunk and disorderly in a public place is an offence under section 91 of the Criminal Justice Act 1967.
