A man has been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving after a crash in a Herefordshire village.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said that one of their crews came across a car that had crashed into a wall near Peterstow Village Stores in Peterstow at 3.24 am on Sunday (November 3).
A spokesperson for West Mercia police has now said that Dima Magdalen, 40, of High Street in Ross-on-Wye has been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving following the incident. He has been bailed to appear at Hereford Magistrates’ Court on 27 November 2024.
A spokesperson for the Fire Service said that they were also called to the Herefordshire village, with crews working to contain an oil leak on the single-vehicle collision. Whilst work was ongoing, the road was closed in both directions.

Four adult occupants were released from the vehicle before the arrival of the fire service and one was in the care of the ambulance service. The incident was then marked as pending closure at 04:17 am.
