AMBULANCE crews were called to a Hereford industrial estate this morning (November 5) after a medical incident on one of the sites.
Visitors to the Hereford recycling centre were blocked from entering the site this morning, after the incident nearby. Cars were seen to have been stopped by the entrance for the site on Chapel Road, with a queue of vehicles building in the area.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service has now said that they were called to a medical incident on the site of the recycling centre at 9.17 am. Crews found an elderly man, who was treated for injuries not thought to be serious.

A spokesperson for the service added: “We were called to a medical incident on Chapel Road, Rotherwas, Herefordshire at 9.17 am.
"We sent an ambulance to the scene. On arrival, crews found an elderly man, who they treated for injuries not thought to be serious, before conveying him to Hereford County Hospital.”
