Over the next couple of days, Herefordshire will be remembering the soldiers from across the country and beyond.
On Remembrance Sunday, people up and down the country are set to fall silent and pay their respects to the fallen. In Herefordshire, there are several events to mark the poignant day, a full list can be found here.
Tomorrow (November 10) Herefordshire and beyond will see parades and services take placeto commemorate the contribution of British and Commonwealth servicemen and women in both World Wars and in later conflicts.

On Armistice Day on Monday (November 11), with a silence taking place at 11am, the time at which hostilities officially ended in the First World War in 1918 as the armistice signed by representatives of Germany and the Entente came into effect.
