Hereford's city centre McDonald's building will be getting some new owners, after it has been sold, subject to contract.
The large premises in Commerical Street has been sold by estate agents Acuitus, having been previously marketed with a price tag of £550,000.
The building, which has housed the fast food chain since 1983, includes the restaurant on the ground and first floor and mezzanine and ancillary accommodation on the second floor.
Fans of the fast food chain and its popular burgers don't need to worry about it disappearing any time soon, as it will continue to operate as a McDonald's until at least December 2030, when the current lease expires.

The new owner of the building will also have purchased a vacant ground-floor shop, once home to JJB Sports.
The unit has been vacant for over a decade after JJB closed its Hereford branch along with 112 others across the country in 2012 after it went into administration.
Acuitus said that the building currently has an annual rental income of £60,000, however, this could be increased should the vacant unit be leased.
