AN AUDI driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught driving while disqualified and without a licence.
Joseph Holland was handed a ban from driving after entering guilty pleas to one count of using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without insurance, one count of driving whilst disqualified and one count of failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
The court heard from prosecuting solicitor Paul John that the 39-year-old was caught in Bath Street in an Audi TT on December 6 last year, but at the time was disqualified from holding a driving licence and did not have insurance.
