A FRAUDSTER has been fined after he stole a woman’s bank card, Red Bull and chocolate.
Kamil Buczynski had taken a woman’s bank card, as well as stealing Red Bull and chocolate from the Whitecross Road Co-Op in Hereford.
He also failed to surrender to custody at Hereford Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on July 15 at Hereford Police Station.
Buczynski has now been fined after pleading guilty to fraud by false representation, theft from a shop and failing to surrender to court bail at the appointed time.

He committed the fraud offence on March 31, while the theft was committed over two months later on July 8. He then failed to show up in court on September 25.
Buczynski must pay a fine of £335, £34 in compensation to the Co-Op, prosecution costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £133.
Magistrates took his guilty plea into account when imposing the penalty.
