A DRIVER has been banned from the roads for 12 months after admitting a drug-driving offence before Hereford magistrates.
Wesley Attrill, 30, of Fieldhouse Road, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to driving with a level of 5.2 micrograms (mg) of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, the legal limit being two, in Ross-on-Wye on May 31.
Prosecuting solicitor Lauren Millichip said Attrill had been caught while driving a white Mercedes Sprinter on the A40 in the Herefordshire town.

Attrill’s defence solicitor for the Hereford hearing last month was Marilena Divitantonio of GC law.
Magistrates banned Attrill from the roads for 12 months with an obligatory driving disqualification preventing him from holding a licence, and fined him a total of £120, with the addition of £85 prosecution costs and a £48 victim surcharge.
A collection order was made by the court for the fine, with Attrill ordered to pay off his entire court bill within a month.
