A SEAT Ibiza driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught driving while over the drug limit.
Claudiu Lupoiu was handed a ban from driving after entering a guilty plea to one count of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.
The court heard from prosecuting solicitor Lauren Millichip that the 33-year-old was caught in Belmont Road in a Seat Ibiza on July 15, but at the time was over the limit.

Lupoiu, of Catherine Street, Hereford, who was represented in court by defence solicitor Marilena Divitantonio, has been banned from driving for 12 months.
He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay a £48 victim surcharge.
