IF carbon neutral is to be approached and more bicycle miles achieved, then cycle routes need to be usable!

When I approached Herefordshire Council, they said it is Balfour Beatty who is responsible for this.
The majority of cycle paths are overgrown with overhanging branches, making it almost impossible to ride safely.
