The agents said the detached diner has seating for around 85 covers and a large customer car park on site with two access points.
Inside, there is a servery counter, a commercial kitchen, and ancillary accommodation including goods store, a preparation area, and toilets.

It also has a first-floor flat with independent access, the agents said, offering on bedroom with a kitchen and bathroom.
There is further seating outside, the agents said.
The entire site comes to around 0.45 acres, and the diner itself is built of brick with double-glazed windows providing "extensive" natural light.
The diner is set in Netherwood Road on the Rotherwas Industrial Estate, where an increasing number of businesses are setting up shop.
