A DRINK-DRIVER has been handed a ban and a fine after he was caught out in Hereford city centre.
Adam Ellison entered a guilty plea to one count of driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit.
The court heard from prosecuting solicitor Lauren Millichip that the 41-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Chrysler Grand Voyager in Commercial Road, Hereford, while over the drink-driving limit on August 25.
When he was caught, a breath test revealed he had 59 microgrammes (mg) of alcohol in his blood. The legal limit is 35 mg.
