A Herefordshire school has announced it will be closed tomorrow, after floods have consumed many of the county's roads.
According to Herefordshire council's school closure page, Westfield School in Leominster will be closed tomorrow (November 25), due to flooded roads which will affect both staff and pupils' travel to the school.
A statement on the council's website said: "Due to flooding on routes used by staff and pupils to travel between home and school safely, some from significant distances, we have taken the advance decision to close to pupils on Monday 25th November, since we cannot guarantee these routes will be clear or safe by tomorrow morning."
