A THIEF who stole hundreds of pounds worth of alcohol has been up before magistrates again.
Marlow Ash, of Harold Street, was convicted of theft from a shop earlier this year and handed a community order, but he has since failed to comply with probation requirement appointments.
He missed appointments on September 27 and October 4 without providing the required evidence to reasonably excuse his absence within the specified time limit.

Ash was prosecuted for stealing alcohol worth £256.75 from Tesco and more alcohol and clothing worth £302 from Sainsbury’s in July.
The 29-year-old has now been ordered to carry out 90 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months, supervised by a probation officer. He was previously sentenced to 80 hours, with the extra 10 added for his breach of the order.
Ash must also pay costs of £60 in prosecution costs after his appearance at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court.
