CAN you beat the track record at a major Herefordshire event?
That's the challenge to anyone who fancies attending this year's Richard's Castle Soap Box Derby.
The current track record is there to be beaten at the event which is being held for the fifth time and has so far raised more than £21,000 for charities.
"Last year Ian Astley from Bishopstone wrote off his soap box in spectacular style trying to better the track record of 43 seconds that he set a couple of years previously," said John Whittall of Richard's Castle.
"His track record still stands. Can it be beaten?"
The adrenaline fuelled course is 550 metres long with a descent of 50 metres and fantastic views.
There are many prizes to be won ranging from the fastest run to novelty and most innovative categories.
This year the main beneficiaries will be Café 27 at Tenbury Wells, Teme Valley Youth Project and The Marches Family Network.
The event takes place on Sunday July 13 but the closing date is June 20.
