KINGTON pupils have been in the South of France on an annual exhange.
Students from Lady Hawkins’ School visited a partner school in Calvisson near Nimes for lessons and a visit to the UNESCO world heritage site at the Pont du Gard, and an ampitheatre at Nimes’ Roman remains.
The 27 students then returned the favour by hosting visitors from Calvisson and taking them to the Ironbridge museum and ice-skating in Telford.
Both schools are now busy planning their exchange for 2009.
