POLICE are investigating two fires at flats in Hereford last night.
Three fire crews from Hereford were called to Meadow Close, Belmont, at around 8pm and found small amounts of rubbish alight in two stairwells.
Last week, a pushchair was set on fire in a communal hallway in the flats.
