ROSS-on-Wye may benefit from a major new development after a former hotel with planning permission was put on the market.
Developers are being offered the chance to take on the site of the former Rosswyn Hotel on the High Street, which is being sold with an asking price of more than £1 million.
The three storey, Grade II listed building, is believed to date from the 17th century.
Planning permission has already been granted on the site and strong interest is expected.
