Although I've lived in Herefordshire for 13 years now, I have always worked out of the county so this is the first time I've had the opportunity of living and working in the same place. It's been great to meet local people to write about dreams and achievements, things theylike and the injustices they'd like to put right. I see people who are elated, full of joy and motivated by nothing more than belief and I write about that passion. I see people in despairing situations and write gritty pieces of desperation and hope. Most of all, though - I love being a part of the community and doing my own little bit.
I hope you'll join me on this blog journey where we can talk about Herefordshire and the world, What's closest to all our hearts, highs and lows. Whatever we choose, it's about communicating - getting things off your chest, sharing a moment, helping a friend. I think talking is essential, particularly in one of the country's most rural counties I'd love to hear from you!
