Herefordshire Council is warning that its services will be affected by a planned power shutdown this weekend.
The weekend emergency telephone service will be working but the website and email will be out of action.
High voltage testing at the council's Plough Lane offices in Hereford mean the power systems will be closed for up to 12 hours on Saturday, June 7.
The testing which takes place every five years has to be undertaken by health and safety managers across the whole Bulmers factory under regulations.
The libraries and info shops will be open as usual but internet access will not be available.
