ALMOST 200 school children are set to gather in Leominster next week to celebrate the town’s African links.
Schools from across north Herefordshire will join six guests from Tenguru to mark the 20th anniversary of a link with the Tanzanian town of Tengeru at Leominster Junior School on Thursday (June 12).
Pupils from Leominster Juniors, Leominster Infants, Kimbolton Primary, Kingsland Primary, Luston Primary, Orleton Primary, Shobdon Primary, Stoke Prior and the Minster College will perform a traditionally English song or dance for their guests before joining together for a rendition of God Save the Queen.
