A ROSS-on-Wye primary school has been given the thumbs up in its recent Ofsted inspection.
Whitchurch primary school was marked as a good school and the 'excellent pastoral care' was praised by inspectors.
Inspector David Mankelow also said that the pupils develop into mature, confident, polite young people at the school.
The school has been asked to make lessons more interesting and challenging and to explain targets to the pupils.
