CYCLISTS riding along the Great Western Way tomorrow will be given cycling information and high-visibility clothing.
The move has been arranged by Herefordshire Council as part of National Bike Week.
Earlier today a cycle awareness day was held at Whitecross School, while the Council is hosting adult cycle training sessions aimed at encouraging more people to cycle to work.
Traffic monitoring systems set-up by the Council have shown an increase in bike journeys, with around 12,000 made each day in Hereford between 7am and 7pm.
National Bike Week runs until this Sunday.
