A TEAM of Bromyard office workers have raised £4,500 after climbing three UK mountains in 24 hours.

Four friends from Inksmoor Credit Management have completed the Three Peaks Challenge.

The group climbed the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon - within 24 hours, covering 3,400 metres and 26 miles.

The mixed team - consisting of Jane and Mark Dayson, Andrew Radley and David Dungey - completed the gruelling challenge in 22 hours and 44 minutes.

“It was a long way with some trying times, but the beautiful views, some good weather and a great team spirit got us through,” said Mr Radley.

Proceeds will help the Anthony Nolan Leukaemia Research Trust fund transplants and the search for donors.

The expedition follows the firm’s move from Martley to the Porthouse Business Centre in Bromyard. The firm, which has expanded its workforce from four to 13 members in a year, is the first company to move into the premises.
