CREAM TEA AT HILL HOUSE – On Sunday, Eileen and Peter will host a cream tea at Hill House, Bredwardine, from 2.30pm to 6pm. All are welcome. In addition to the yummy cream teas, there will be plants and sweets for purchase.
All proceeds will be in aid of Bredwardine and Brobury Village Hall, charity number 1041618.
CHURCH WORK DAY – Following our recent successful and enjoyable work day in the church and churchyard, we are asking for your help again on Saturday, July 12, between 9.30am and 1pm.
You do not need to be a member of St Andrew’s to participate. Everyone is welcome.
Come at any time convenient to you, and stay as long as you can. If it is dry, we shall be outside. If the weather is wet, we will work inside the church.
Thank you in advance.
EVENSONG AT ST ANDREW’S CHURCH – The June Evensong attracted the largest congregation for a long time! Over 60 worshippers sang their way through a joyous service. Thanks to Pat and her Monday singers, who joined local ladies in Franck’s Panis Angelicus.
Ange, Graham and Derek played the service. The congregation exited with Vicky playing Bach. Visitor Colin Brookes shook the cobwebs from the organ roof with an impromptu post-service performance. All visitors are welcome for the next Evensong on Sunday at 6pm.
